Reporting Unethical Behavior

Operation of the unethical behavior reporting system

In order to prevent unethical behavior and establish an ethical corporate culture,

S Polytech is establishing a reporting system
for unfair business practices
and unreasonable demands of employees.

Behavior to be reported

Receiving money, valuables, or entertainment from an external stakeholder regarding business.

Gaining excessive profits or causing damage to the company by abusing one's position or privilege.

Meddling, soliciting, or interfering with the interests of others in a way that disrupts their fair job performance for the purpose of generating unfair profits for oneself or others is unethical behavior.

Corruption stipulated in the Corruption Prevention Act, or behavior that violates the company’s code of ethics and pledge.

Restrictions on reporting
(unacceptable reports)
  • 01Obviously false reporting content
  • 02An unclear reporting subject and content, along with the lack of evidence for a violation, renders it unrecognizable as a report.
  • 03Reported matters, or matters under investigation by the audit department, other related departments, or external organizations, or disciplinary procedures, and matters for which disciplinary actions were taken or in progress.
  • 04Other matters corresponding to Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the internal reporting system regulations
  • 05False reports to slander others are prohibited.
Confidentiality of reporter identity
  • 01All employees should not disclose the identity of the reporter even upon discovering such in the course of performing their duties or by chance.
  • 02All activities that may reveal the identity of the reporter are prohibited, such as inquiry into the identity of the reporter and interrogation activities to identify the reporter.
  • 03Identity disclosure or indication of the reporter and investigation cooperator is prohibited without the consent of the person concerned.
  • 04Those who are involved in the violation of the identity protection obligation can be punished.

  • 02Tips for reporting : Provide specific details about the who, what, when, where, why, and how of the violation when reporting, including personal information about the reporter and the violator.
