Purpose
  • Cattle shed roof, Roof lighting for various factories, Walls, Existing PET/FRP/single-layer PC corrugated board, Rain protection for houses, etc.
Characteristics
  • Thermal insulation and noise reduction
    Maintaining high visible light transmittance, enhancing insulation properties, and reducing noise through the air layer.
  • Refracted light
    Maintaining high transmittance (75 to 78%) while diffusing direct sunlight through the rib structure to reduce its impact.
  • Lightweight
    Our product weighs only one-third of single-layer PC with the same thickness.

    Despite its light weight, our product offers sufficient strength and structural stability due to the vertical ribs.
  • Compatibility
    Possible to connect to color steel plates and foam panels by utilizing the existing V-250 waveforms.
  • Durability against weather and chemicals
    Addressing the issue of corrosion and yellowing caused by ammonia gas emissions in cattle sheds by using the co-extrusion method to increase its chemical and weather resistance.
